We have just stayed at TocToc Suites in Las Palmas for 10 days, in December 2024. We will absolutely be returning! The whole apartment was perfectly clean and had everything we needed. We could not find fault in anything! There were many personal touches that we were very grateful of - like the bottle of wine on arrival, and the grapes & cava left as a total surprise on New Years Eve! Thanks so much for a great stay!

Communication was very clear from the start, with detailed instructions on how to access the parking garage. The day before we were provided with our door/garage codes and pdf of instructions on where to park etc. The apartment itself was perfectly situation, a couple of minutes walk from the beach, several supermarkets and pharmacy on the same road, as well as tons of bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. Couldn't have a better situation. The apartment was very clean, beds super comfy, an amenities bag with dishwasher tablets, washing tablets, coffee machine capsules, cleaning cloths and spare bin bags was provided, as well as a local bottle of wine and sweets. Having the washing machine and dishwasher was brilliant, towels and bins were changed on the 4th day, but there was huge bins/recycling in the street. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook a proper meal should we want to. Wifi signal was strong and reliable, logged in to our netflix account so kids could watch TV. Had a balcony which overlooked a nice bustling street, but not noisy. This will become our go-to accommodation in Las Palmas.

The host was very clear and proactive in communications. Registration and code collection went smooth, during the stay they were very helpful. The apartment itself is very modern and comfortable to stay in.

Very child friendly (we had two kids (both 9 months old)). They had cots and feeding chairs and special shampoo for kids. Very close to the sea and promenade. Very modern and quiet apartment. We loved the place, highly recommend!

- location close to sea and city center, both offering good restaurants and shops - garage inside building - decent kitchen and living room, washing/ drying capability, nice bathroom- air conditioning - modern elevators - highly responsive staff, and very effective cleaning 'armada'

Excellent location - close to the beach and great restaurants nearby. Apartment was beautiful - great decor, well equipped kitchen and extremely comfortable bed.
