Great location, next to the beach, walking distance from bus station, clean, very helpfull staff. We had a fantastic stay

Reception staff were amazing, young lady in the morning and a man in the evening, breakfast lady also very nice. Location is perfect, I really liked the terrace on the top floor.

The staff at Hotel Dona Luisa were exceptional. In particular, the front desk staff. They were ever so helpful and kind with my questions and how to get around Gran Canaria on the public busses. The location of this hotel is perfect....the beach is about a three minute walk!!! Despite the fact that Hotel Dona Luisa is so close to the beach, it is extremely quiet in the rooms
