nice staff, easy check in and check out, great location by a very nice stretch of beach and grocery stores or food places were a very walkable distance. the room was a great size and had all one would need.

Modern Appartement with kitchen and balcony. Gym and Sauna I didn't tried, but I checked it out and is a good to have it. The bed was comfortable and I liked a lot the modern bathroom with the rain shower. What I liked the most, very near to the beach

The apartment was spotless, comfortable and a good size. The location was convenient as it was near to bus terminal, beaches, restaurants and supermarket. Staff were helpful and pleasant.

Clean, staffs were very helpful, i didn’t get a spain sim card, they helped me call delivery for my delayed food order & sort everything out. They were always available to help with any questions i had getting around the city. Also liked the fact that my room had a kitchen equipped with all necessary appliances, cookwares & cutlery.

The personal was very friendly. They even call us on the phone to let us know that the room was already available to check-in (before the official time). In between, we could leave or luggage there. The apartment/room was very completed and well designed.

The property is perfectly located in the heart of Las Palmas. The staff is super friendly and always willing to assist you. The sea is at a 5 minute walking distance. Clean, neat and elegant space with a gym and a little sauna. Highly recommended!

The location is its strongest point: It's about ~7 min walk before you see the sea, and can access cafes and breakfast spots. About 15-mins and your feet hit nearest sand (aka are on the actual beach). Just across the hotel is a supermarket and there are many others around the area. Also a bunch of restaurants including halal. The room is equipped with a decent kitchen and utensils so could cook a good meal. The balcony (overlooks a building so nothing to see) but is refreshing and nice spot for breakfast/coffee.
