Very nice property, host and location in a quiet neighborhood. Beautiful large covered terrace. Smallish room. Location requires walking at least 10 minutes to get to a cafe or restaurant.

A warm welcome from our host who had all the necessary information at her fingertips. Spotlessly clean room with small balcony perfectly located between the historic city and the lovely, lively beach of Las Canteras.

Small hotel in beautiful area. Parking in the nearest street is free, but the available spaces are few and narrow. We were lucky to find a free parking spot each time. Clean room.

The hotel was really nice, clean, airy, new, modern, light and the impression was great. The owner welcomed us very kindly and explained us everything. She gave us many useful tips and information about the city. The room was spacious, nice and comfortable, very light with a balcony, big bathroom and comfortable beds. There was also a fridge and a safe. It was cleaned daily and the smell of the room was nice. It's located in a quiet street so you can relax very well.

Very clean lovely balcony, enjoyed our stay. We did do a lot of walking, we were about 15 mins from the new part of town but probably 30/40 mins from the old town, however the local buses are excellent.

Very friendly host. Clean, comfortable room and beautifully decorated hotel in a quiet, safe area of Las Palmas. Easy to reach different parts of the city by bus or in foot.

The place was nice,clean and modern, it was well taken care of. The owner was welcoming and made us feel at home. The location was perfect, next to the hospital Vithas Santa Catalina, my husband was getting knee surgery, and it was perfect for what we needed.
