Great location, very close to the bus station and in the middle of the commercial area. Cheerful, helpful staff, with special mention for Jessica and Joanna and the young man who made us omelettes in the morning.

The location is perfect - everything you need is within walking distance: restaurants, small shops, beach, bus station (number 60 goes from the airport), museums (aquarium and technology museum). Rooms are beautiful and clean, there is a smart system which I loved. Breakfast is served on a beautiful roof top where we spent a lot of time - eating and having that morning coffee. Breakfast is delicious and the coffee is great. Staff is really friendly and helpful. If you want the full roof top experience I highly recommend to use the jaccuzzi. You can use it every day for 1 hour with a time reservation on the reception desk!

The staff were very helpful nothing was to much trouble for them. I asked for a change of room and it wasn't a problem. You couldn't have a better central location.

Clean comfortable hotel, very good location near las Canteras beach and walking distance to bus station Las Cantalina. Large double bed, great shower and ultra modern toilet. Would definitely recommend.

The service is excellent and the rooms are clean. Breakfast was a very pleasant experience, with a wide choice of food. The hotel was very well located, with nice lounge areas on different floors and of course a roof terrace.
