My third stay here, simple accommodation with shared kitchen and nice rooftop terrace. Staff always friendly, helpful and generous. My room was clean, check in was easy. Location is great as close to the beach and many bars, restaurants, cafes, supermarkets etc. 5 min walk from airport bus.

The location is excellent, and the room is lovely—very clean, spacious, and equipped with an ensuite. The design details were thoughtfully done, adding to the overall aesthetic appeal of the space.

Stayed in a private room. Layout is unusual: a (private, obviously) shower in your room, at the end of the bed, with a couple of shared toilet/sink rooms in the corridor. There's a high ratio of toilets to rooms, so there was never an issue with having to wait around, and you don't have the awkwardness of having to take toiletries, a change of clothes, etc into a shared shower space. Plenty of hot water as well. Bed itself was comfortable. Communal spaces were in good condition and kept clean. Decor was cool - all consistent and themed, but without falling into being tacky. Roof terrace was a massive win. Self-check in was easy, getting keys on the day was painless and all communication with the hostel management was straight-forward and via text. (Seriously -- we didn't actually see a member of staff at any point.) Location is excellent and walkable to everywhere: tons of good restaurants nearby, bakeries, coffee shops, supermarkets, beach, etc. Getting to / from the airport is easy by bus, with the stop just a few mins walk away. While we were there, the place was relatively quiet. This will vary depending on the time of year and the guests at any given time, but it's fairly clear that this is not a party hostel. For us this was a good thing, there's so much to do around that we wanted restful sleep! Above all else, value is excellent. If you want something that does the basics well then look no further than here.

The property is in a very convenient location halfway between Santa Catalina Bus Station and Las Canteras beach. The price was very reasonable. The property has the feel and amenities of a youth hostel yet the quality and comfort of a hotel as well as the privacy. The girl at reception, Carolina, was lovely

The location was great, in the city center, close to the beach and not too far from the ferries harbor. The place is very clean and the outdoor kitchen on the rooftop is great ! We felt really good there and the value for money is very good for las palmas.
