The receptionist (Leonora?) is superb - friendly, knowledgeable and very efficient. The excellent breakfast deserves a mention, as does the location of the terrace bar.

Beautiful historical building with all modern decor and conveniences, in the most perfect spot with so much ambience. ALL the staff were excellent but I have to mention Renea who is the kindest, friendliest, most helpful, laughing and delightful hotel receptionist I have ever encountered. She is simply marvellous. We thoroughy enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this hotel.

We had a lovely 2 night stay. The rooms and the hotel in general have been decorated beautifully with lots of respect for the original architecture, but the rooms are also extremely comfortable with modern beds, baths, etc. Breakfast was very nice with a good variety. The staff was very kind and friendly. The area is quiet but on a beautiful plaza right in front of the cathedral.

the location is excellent but a bit difficult to get to in a hire care.guests using one would do best to take a taxi from wherever they park

Stunning hotel with great eye for detail on the interior decor. Perfect location close to many attractions and excellent restaurants. Wonderful roof terrace and excellent experience all round.

Very nice boutique hotel, visited mid March, not too busy, quiet. Good size, very nicely appointment rooms and bath, comfortable large bed, perfect for a romantic getaway. Wonderful staff all around (front desk, cleaning staff. etc) - close to attractions & restaurants. Highly recommended!

Location was central to the ancient part of the city. It was easy to access all the historic buildings such as St Ana Cathedral, the museum etc. Lots of great cafes and restaurants. Parking was easy and close by. The Staff were polite and helpful. The terrace bar and cocktails are a must.

The hotel, decor, location and staff. Completely gorgeous. Lovely big, luxurious, room, with excellent bathroom. Perfectly located for old Town. Staff friendly and helpful. A real individual gem of a place.
