Art Hotel and the people who work there are so lovely! When we arrived we had a supernice welcome basket waiting for us with wine, cheese, chocolate and other basic necessities that was great for us to have during our stay. Since we visited during christmas we also got a a couple of lovely bottles of bubly and chocolate on christmas eve. What a kind gesture! When it comes to the hotel in general, the place was spotless. Probably the cleanest hotel I have ever been to. It's was also super modern, had everything we needed in our apartment (even a washer/dryer) and was in a perfect area for us. Only five minutes to walk down to the beach, and being a bit further out from the "main beach area" that had sunbeds and everything - we also got in our steps to and from lying on the beach all day. It was quiet (some normal noise from the road below us when we sat on the balcony - but that is to be expected and was completely normal) and had shops near by for groceries + a short walk to one of the main shopping centers. The rooms themselves were light and airy, the beds were amazing (even got an actual duvet, which for us norwegians means a lot) and the bathroom was very modern and clean. It even had their own air condition in every room, so that one bedroom could be warmer/colder than the other. Perfect when travelling with different people. Javier was incredible and helped us with checking in, letting us keep our room for a little bit longer on our departure day and helped with taxis and everything else we needed. He answered our messages quickly and kindly, and made our stay really special. We talked about our experience with the hotel pretty much every day, that we probably hadn't ever had such a great stay at a hotel anywhere else. If we ever come back to Las Palmas we will for sure stay with ART again.

Location minutes from Las Canteras promenade and beach , near to shops for essentials and cafes and restaurants. Buses and taxis easily got.

Modern and well functioning apartment. Good amount of storage, well equipped kitchen, modern bathroom. The private parking garage was a big plus. Especially appreciated the easy access by lift from the parking hall to the apartment. The check-in machine was super easy to use. Surprised me as I do not normally like self service applications.

Everything good, clean, good space, nice bed, parking easy. But toilet seems to be loose from the wall :) Exept from that, nothing to complain for, and we expect that is easy to fix :)

The location was perfect for us: near the highway, near the beach and near a fine restaurant. We appreciated the welcome gift and the phone app. Javier (the manager) was verry kind and helpful. I strongly recomand this hotel
