Clean bathroom, floors, bed. The man at the reception kindly advised us where to go to see flamingos. But then, we even heard them and saw them from our balcony! Breakfast was at the level of a luxury restaurant with decent quiet music and attentive staff. Nothing was missing, even vegan options (chia pudding!).

The room was value for money, the breakfast was perfect, the staff was friendly and the parking was convenient. It also had a play room for children on the ground floor. We stayed only one night and it was perfect.

Was clean and staff very friendly, only thing was you could hear everything and the people above who were very noisy and the children shouting and running around till nearly 12.30am. Room was clean and comfortable but very basic, breakfast was ok I had the bacon,eggs etc but it was cold,pastries good

staff very friendly, excellent food and comfortable rooms. Well managed hotel, quite well situated for exploring the region. Overlooks Oriklini lake - flamingos and rare birds to see.

I'd say it was one of the best I've ever been to. The people at the reception are incredibly kind, staff is helpful, the food (both breakfast and dinner) is tasty, rooms are spacious and clean, beds are really comfortable. It's not difficult to travel between hotel and cities with public transportation. Perfect choice!
