I had an incredible stay at this property! The location was unbeatable, just a two-minute walk to the beach. The apartment exceeded my expectations – it was even better than it looked in the pictures. Everything was spotless and perfectly arranged. The host was exceptionally friendly and helpful, providing us with a list of great places to visit and the best restaurants to try in the area. Anytime we needed anything, the host was quick to respond and assist. I highly recommend this place for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

The size of the flat, the modern feel to it, the cleanliness, the many shops and restaurants around. The host was very welcoming and took us around the flat to show where everything was, also help us to book a taxi to the airport.

The location is excellent. It is in the city centre and very close to the beach. It is also close to Marina where you can take boat rides and catch a bus to go to different cities. This is very convenient. The flat is spacious and very comfortable. Theodora was very helpful explaining everything about the area where to go and what to do. Alex and Martha responded really fast every time we needed information. I highly recommend this flat.

EVERYTHING!!! Will be back and will 100% recommend the appt. Alex is an AMAZING host. The flat is modern, clean, well finished and in a superb area of Larnaca and only 5 mins from the beach and access to a lovely part of town. I don't really want to write this review as I don't want it to become too popular and booked-up the next time I visit Cyprus ;-) One of the best value rooms I've stayed in. I could've quite possibly lived there!
