apartment ks on the great location in the Larnaca center, near coffee shops and lebanese bakery, There is also a market and church of St. Lazarus nearby. Bus station for Nivosia and Limassol is only 10 min walking. Apartment is cosy and clean, beds are cp.omfortable.

Check-in was problematic. The shop downstairs, despite assurances, is not open until 7:00 p.m. and we were an hour earlier. Fortunately, after calling the owner, we waited 7 minutes to get in. This may be problematic for tourists from outside Europe who do not have free internet/connections in the European Union. The apartment was cold in the evenings in December, there were no extra blankets, the remote control for the air conditioning only worked in the kitchen (despite the fact that there were two air conditioners from the same company in the kitchen and the room). The same with the remote control for the TV (there were two TVs in the kitchen and the room - only the one in the room worked with the remote control). The TV only receives Cypriot channels, there is no USB input to watch your movies from the disk, so let's consider the TV an unnecessary addition. The view from the window was terrible, to the "yard" under renovation - a tragedy! Once we left the window open, after 5 minutes we had a cat in the kitchen that came in through the window. No electrical socket in the bathroom. Rooms were cleaned every 3 days, despite that room was clean and thats perfect for that!

We had an incredible experience staying at this apartment. The space was clean, modern, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops, yet quiet enough for a peaceful retreat. The host was exceptionally friendly and responsive, making check-in and check-out seamless.

It was central but for me a little away from the noise and bustle of the night experience at the beach, so I could walk down and enjoy it, but then come back for a peaceful sleep.

We like this hotel very much. It was very close to the beach, many restaurants and shops nearby. Our room was on 3rd floor and the balcony view was very nice. In the room we had everything we needed: iron, hair dryer, small kitchen, closet and so on. The bed was very very comfortable and clean. The room was very clean in general. The towels also.

The apartment is spacious and well located right in the centre of the old town. There are many shops, cafés and restaurants in the area. Most places of interest are within walking distance. There is a car park right next door (paid per enterance).
