Wonderful apartment for stay nearby Larnaka. Quiet surroundings, very close to the beach. Amazing balcony for breakfast or dinner ! Absolutely no1 for us in all Cyprus! Also, the owner have a restaurant below, fantastic food, and as we were stay here, we get an 10% discount for all menu !

The apartment was so clean and nice, the location was perfect, near to the beach. The restaurant La Veranda made excellent food, so good and you got 10% in discount because you rent the apt of them. The staff was nice and helpful. We really recommend La Veranda Apt.

easy checkin we arrived late so key was left in a lock box next to door for us to self check in. Owner also owns the restaurant downstairs which has very nice food (we ate there 3 times I think during our 7 night stay) and you get 10% discount off everything on the menu. Owner is really friendly and is like your grandad who would do anything for you if you needed it. Area was quiet and safe to be around with free parking. We had an issue one night with another apartment having alot of guests after midnight but owner sorted this promptly when we messaged him.

Good location only 4 minutes walk to the beach. Bus stop nearby with easy access to Larnaca town. Comfortable apartment.

Location wise it was spot on you couldn’t fault it the rooms size is fantastic and has most appliances and facilities you’d expect.

Great apartment with everything you'll need for your stay (including a coffee machine and a TV with Netflix). Very close to the beach and bus stop that will take you to Larnaca city in 15 mins. Very calm neighbourhood wit lots of restaurants and grocery shops nearby. The apartment has an AC located in the bedroom, which is a life saver during extremely hot days.

Everything was perfect! Very helpful and kind staff. The apartment was clean and confortable in a very good location. They also have a restaurant which is one of the best’s in the island. I recomend to everyone.

The property was extremely clean, well furnished and catered for all my needs whilst I was staying for a Scuba Diving holiday with the dive centre located only a few minutes walk away. The beach situated just across the road was a lovely place to read along with the balcony in the apartment to seek shade during the midday hours. The food and the service in the restaurant below was superb and I would like to extend a huge thank you to the owner for allowing me a later check-out time due to my flight home being later in the evening. I can’t wait to return to Cyprus and stay here in the coming months.
