First line sea view from the balcony, possibility to watch sunrise. Few meters from the beach. Many restaurants and shops just around the accommodation. Very good and easy communication with the owner. Easy self check-in and check-out. Flexibility with prolonging the stay after check-out.

The location is perfect, near the Finikoudes Marina and close to the center and most of the touristic attractions. There are many places where you can eat and shops just a few steps away. Also, the bus station is a 2 minutes walk away. The view from the balcony is spectacular, the sound of Larnaca is very vivid and vibrant in the area, you can hear the breeze, the sea, the people in a very harmonious togetherness just sitting on the balcony. The apartment was very clean and cosy. The check in was very easy, the communication with the host was perfect, we received all the answers very quickly and we were also helped with the transfer from and to the airport. We definately recommend this accomodation.

Excellent location very close to the beach and the city center. The room is very comfortable and clean. Lots of bars ad restaurants nearby.

Superb location! Wonderful view and a great host soo nice and responsive on any requests! Maybe the furniture is a little old but its so comfy and clean you don't need anything more! I definitely recommend!

The position of the apartment is exceptional, very close to the beach, to the bus stop, and the major attractions in Larnaca. The host very kindly suggested reputable guides/tours we could use to get around and was always available for anything we needed. The apartment itself was bigger than expected, with the kitchen/day area in a room separate from the well-furnished bedroom, a balcony, and a spacious closet to hang comfortably all the clothes.

The studio-apt (nr 402) has the best location, near the sea ,with a wonderful panorama from the balcony. The room and kitchen is friendly and nice, the bed is comfortable.
