Apartment was nice, spacious and clean. The host has contacted me in advance to provide the details and help me out to arrive in order and on time without any hassle. The location is great and I have enjoyed the weather as well. Very caring host who had very well communications and very useful information to find the property easily and quickly. They were also monitoring my arrival and departure flights in order to help.

These are ideal beach apartments - spacious, adaptable, fully-equipped, bright, light and airy. They're as close to the beach as it's possible to be, offering up wonderful sea views that take in the entire south-eastern coast. There are a plethora of different cafes, bars and restaurants just metres from the door, running all along the sea front, which is perfect for promenading in the evening. If you're worried about the noise from the vibrant nightlife, don't be - it's surprisingly quiet once the balcony doors are closed. The hosts were also very easy to contact and friendly, and offered some helpful (and tasty!) restaurant tips. Fantastic value overall, highly recommended.

The apartment is in a wonderful location, right on the promenade and the Finikoudes Beach. Perfect place to stay in Larnaca. Very close to all restaurants, shops and bus stop to the airport, Ayia Napa and other destinations in Cyprus. The apartments was well equipped with everything you could need. The furniture is modern and comfortable. I would recommend it!

Fantastic modern and well equipped apartment in a prime location opposite the beach with a great sea view. Lots of good restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Good communication with the owners and they are very helpful and professional.

The location was great. The communication with the management was so good. They gave me advice on getting to the apartment. They were so accommodating and helpful. The apartment it self is really comfortable with amazing views

It's a great place! We were staying in September 2024 with two kids, 14 and 8 years old. The hosts are very hospitable. They send detailed instructions with all the necessary information. The distance to the airport is about 8 km, and there is a direct bus with a stop just across the street from the location. Since we had a late flight, the hosts helped us transfer from the airport. We had the 2-bedroom apartment on the top floor. It corresponds completely to the photos. The sea view is stunning. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes around. There are also a lot of fast food options nearby. We had a wonderful week.
