Beautiful first line beachfront apt that could not be better located. This is my 4th time in Cyprus and my second visit to Larnaca. This is a very affordable Value-for-money offering. If you want 5 star lodging go elsewhere and pay considerably more. This a budget friendly solid 3.5/4 star lodging. The flat is CLEAN, well laid out and well accessorised (oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker and 2 cooking rings). The owner is very quick to respond to queries though I doubt you will have many as she has thought of just about everything and she has provided excellent instructions in the flat. It is a very 'homey' and welcoming flat. Conveniently located for the beach, marina and old town. Nothing is more than an honest to goodness 2 to 15 minute walk from this flat. Go a 15-minute walk down the promenade in the opposite direction of the marina for more authentic Cypriot food as well as other interesting food offerings. The flat's seaview is absolutely INCREDIBLE. I could sit on the nicely sized balcony all day. Note: eventhough this is a top floor flat you will still experience some noise at night until 12 or 1 ish. It's inevitable in this location (not the owner's fault and it can't be avoided in such a hotspot) - but it's well worth it and it didn't prevent me from sleeping (I was here on a Sunday and Monday evening). I hope to return with my partner for a longer proper stay later on this year. Don't think about it, just book it. You'll be lucky to get in. Thank you Katerina for a most memorable stay!

A comfortable apartment (good bed and very clean) with a great view of the sea. The communication with the host was fast and good as well as a uncomplicated key handover.

We absolutely loved the view from our balcony! Waking up with the sunrise over the sea and having a drink on the balcony at sunset was truly incredible! The apartment itself was small and cozy, good enough for 2 nights. The host Katerina was super helpful and kind. Highly recommended.

Not very big but comfortable apartment in the very centre of Larnaca, right on the seafront (embankment), on the 6th floor overlooking the sea. On the seafront of Larnaca one will find all the coffee shops, restaurants, stores and kiosks that a tourist needs. The apartment can accommodate a couple or a family with one or two children (there are two sofas in the salon which can be used as extra beds). There is a parking lot by request. The landlady was very friendly and responded immediately to messages sent to her. There is an elevator in the building, so the apartment is suitable to accommodate people of all ages.

The location is super amazing , everything is great You have everything you need. The communication with the hotel ( Katerina ) is great through WhatsApp. This is my 2nd time, and I definitely will come back.

Location is excellent - close to the beach and everything else. The sea view is stunning. There's everything you need in apartment (enough towels, everything for cooking, ironing,...). The host is very kind and responsive, we are very grateful for earlier check-in and we'll come back!

A perfect location and lovely views. The apartments is right at the Finicoudes beach close to the Bus station, which is very convenient if you plan any trips outside of Larnaca. The balcony provided a great view of the city with the opportunity to enjoy the beautiful sunsets. The apartment itself is very clean and comfortable, with all the facilities and utilities required. Comfy bed and sofa, good kitchen, oven, fridge and washing machine. The wifi was excellent and many adapters are provided for the sockets. The host was very helpful with providing all the information and arranging documents for the visa.
