I had the pleasure of being assisted by Fatima during my recent stay at the Kremlin Palace Hotel, and I cannot praise her enough. From the moment I arrived, she went above and beyond to ensure my experience was smooth and stress-free. Fatima helped me with an early check-in, which was a lifesaver after a long journey. She was incredibly professional, kind, and efficient throughout the process. Her attention to detail and willingness to assist with anything I needed truly stood out. It’s rare to come across someone so dedicated to providing exceptional service, and Fatima is a credit to your team. Staff like her make a world of difference in creating a positive experience for guests. I sincerely hope the management recognizes her outstanding work and rewards her accordingly. She deserves a raise or promotion for the value she brings to the hotel and its guests. Thank you, Fatima, for making my stay so memorable!

Its Grand with an old world charm. Guest Relations Manager Fatima , a really gracious host and an awesome bar staff called Baris .. The sweetest / helpful n charming man … Both of them a credit to the Resort
