The resort is very well accommodated for every one’s needs, the staff is friendly and helpful. An amazing selection of food and snack bars. Our favourite place was the beach pier where we spent most of our time. They put on some very good shows in the theatre. Favourite toiletries from Molton Brown. Definitely we will be returning in the future.

Couldn't fault the complex at all. All staff was amazing. I stayed due to having a tummy tuck and needed the hospital to visit daily. They had no issue with this, which was very accommodating, and staff was always happy to help. The food selection is amazing. They have a bit of something for everyone. The coffee shop was our favourite as the coffees was just unbelievable and tasty with a wide selection to choose from. Across they have a little cake department you can treat yourself to while having your coffee. The complex has everything on site that's needed. Shops, arcades, spa, lots and lots of food restaurants. The maintenance team always keep the hotel up to a high standard. The grounds was lovely so well maintained and beautiful. Our view from the hotel room to the beach was just beautiful. We will be sure to book again in summer to enjoy all the facilities. Thank you so much for making our stay as enjoyable and luxury as it was.

Amazing hotel! We had an amazing time here, the food was great, we liked that everyday we had different food options (whereas in some hotels we had the exact same things everyday), the bars were amazing; plenty of good drinks, cocktails to choose from.

The staff was very friendly and ensured our every need is met, especially the waiters. The following waiters went above and beyond ;Mesut and Serdar took good care of us during the day and Mehmet and Kaan during the night. They were friendly and so attentive to our needs. Our child loved the kids club and all the kids activities. The staff at the kids club are so great with the kids and keep them entertained.. The following staff went above and beyond for our child and her needs: Bahar, Sena and Özoe. The facilities are super great , and there is so much to keep you entertained all day long. The food is so good and always fresh ,and there are so many options to choose from. This is one of the best resorts we've been to and we'll definitely be going back.

We liked everything and rated this hotel as excellent. Our purpose on this holiday was to relax and the hotel has exceeded our expectations. We spent the new year in the hotel and there were celebrations from New Year's Eve to New Year's Day. Positive notes: Our room - spacious, comfy beds, room service - some items were free in the evening! Food - lots of options but definitely liked the sushi restaurant and burger house. The Italian restaurant was also superb. At buffet breakfast, there's a staff who does fresh Gozleme, that's a sight to watch. Other services - their spa facilities were fabulous. We also liked the entertainment section, gym and cinema room. I've also had my hair done at their hair salon, and the hairdresser was really good. Our telephone wasn't working in the room and we reported this. They fixed this straight away. We are planning to come back next time.
