The owner was very friendly, the room was very comfortable overlooking the cathedral. The bathroom was newly renovated. The restaurant and bar was cosy although we didn't eat there as we'd booked somewhere else just around the corner

The staff were really lovely; friendly and professional and very kind. The location was brilliant and it was lovely to be so close to the historic centre and the cathedral. The food in the restaurant was really good and service top notch. We had a lovely time.

Fabulous location with wonderful views of the cathedral . We slept wonderfully well as the bells stop at night and don’t start until 8am .

Bistrot restaurant punched well above its weight and produced an unexpectedly excellent dinner. Room was larger than expected, quiet and comfortable and right in front of the Cathedral.

Loved being right in the square looking at the cathedral. My surprise and delight to find that there was the most amazing light show in the evening which I could watch from my bedroom. Simply magical. Great meal at the restaurant of the hotel too!

Stunning location right opposite the cathedral, beautiful and very spacious apartment. We did not eat in the restaurant but the food looked very good. Laon is a lovely town and well worth a visit.
