Cost less than surrounding hotels Head of housekeeping went the extra mile to help me-carried my grandbaby's pack n play down 3 floors all the way to my car. Was concerned with this "cheaper" hotel reputation that there would be more trouble during New Year's Eve stay, but there wasn't a lot of ruckus.

Everything was clean. Looked better then expected. Nice and comfortable. Sheets smelled cleaned. Loved it. Overall excellent conditions.

No meals offered. Check-in was not allowed from 10 am till 1pm, though asked for earlier at the time of booking . Finally I got the room!
