To secure your booking a payment for the value of your first night's stay will be taken on the credit card you supplied during the booking 7 full days prior to your arrival or immediately if within that period. Please ensure there are sufficient funds on your card for this to occur.Our reception closes at 17.00 Mondays to Saturdays and at 12:00 on Sundays. If you expect to arrive after hours, please contact the property in advance to arrange key collection using the contact details found on your booking confirmation.Parking is available for 1 car per room. If travelling with a second vehicle, trailer or an oversized vehicle you must contact the property directly to check additional parking availability.For stays of 7 or more nights or bookings made for 3 or more rooms payment for the value of your first nights stay or 25% , whichever will be charged 7 days prior to arrival or immediately if within that period.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. What a relief to find a reasonably priced, easily accessible to the A1, clean and fresh room, with everything that we needed. We were late arriving, but they sorted that out. We spilled coffee, and cleaned it up with their towels (which we rinsed out), and they were easy-going about it. Both my children felt relaxed and safe here, and fell asleep quickly. We only stayed one night as we were passing through to Brisbane, but it was the perfect stopover to recharge ourselves for the next leflg of our trip. We didn't use the pool, but it seemed fine. We would definitely stay again, perhaps if we visit Aistralia Zoo, which is only up the road.

We stayed in a twin room with queen/single beds and we extended our stay an extra night. The property has been under new management and slowly being refurbished.The room was spotless and comfy with everything needed in the way of linen, tea/coffee facilities, etc. The property is located within 2km of Australia Zoo on Steve Irwin Way, perfect for families. Our stay was outside school holidays so the road noise was minimal but it is near to a railway line. The property is surrounded by trees which reduces noise too. Overall, we thought it very good value for money.

Super clean, comfortable, nice touches like fresh milk and water bottles in the fridge. Good to have option of an overhead fan or a/c. DVD player with selection of dvds in the office. Good internet and cable channel selection

Very clean and modern room! Beds very comfortable, fridge and microwave, kettle and toaster. Plenty of clean dishes. Extra pillows and good air conditioning. Wonderful stay only 2 mins from Australia Zoo!

Very close to Australia Zoo, friendly staff member & the room was clean and had everything needed for an overnight stopover. not far from Landsborough which has a nice pub and small supermarket. We got a discount voucher for the Zoo too.

The staff were lovely. The beds were extremely comfortable. It's probably the best beds I have had in a motel stay. The room was clean and was quiet. The WiFi was great. The guest laundry was a nice surprise. Lovely motel.

We stayed 2 nights and having arrived late and tired, Donna had waited up to hand us the keys. the room was just what we needed clean spacious and with all you would need for your stay. the next morning we were given a 10 off voucher for the zoo 2 mins down the road. would use again and reccomend this property.
