It was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Cristiano was very helpful. We also had a great terrace, with great views.

The location is great! All the personnel are very kind, and Cristiano is always there to help. The cleaning personnel do a great job by keeping the room and the common areas clean.

The "hotel" consists of three rooms. There are no desks, and the owner provides the guests with access codes to enter the building and to get the room keys once in the building. It worked smoothly, and the whole process is efficient. The upper room has a large terrasse, with a table, which is very convenient to read or work. There are no breakfast room in the building, but vouchers are provided to the guests, allowing them to take breakfast in a nearby bar. I enjoyed my simple breakfast (cappuccino, croissants, cafe), but guests expecting more consistent breakfast may be slightly frustrated. Other than that, everything is like in a hotel, with rooms cleaned every day. Overall, I recommend the place, and may return there if I ever come back to L'Aquila.
