The room was the least expensive option in Lancaster that night so I was delighted to find that the room was clean and comfortable and exactly what I needed. There was an excellent continental breakfast included, delicious yoghurt and good coffee, fresh orange juice and plenty of other options. The location was a very quick drive from the city centre, easy to find and the parking worked perfectly. The greeting was friendly and informative, and the host was available at breakfast and was very kind and helpful. Highly recommended.

A very warm welcome from the host, Stuart. Local information on a notice board in the lobby was useful. Complimentary fruit, boiled sweets and biscuits in the lobby. Good location of the property for the Lancaster Parkrun. Near to the black and white canal. Decent room with all facilities as advertised. Good choice of breakfast.

My second stay at the Townhouse. I feel safe and secure staying here. Very comfortable. Love the attention to detail like the easy access to extra teas coffees and milk as well as snacks. Easy walk into town. Warm and welcoming!
