The hotel is in a lovely location. The hotel is clean and the staff are helpful. The leisure facilities are good with a decent size pool, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi.

Beautiful building and so comfortable staff were so happy and friendly , bedrooms so comfortable and views of the river were amazing lovely and warm . The Restaurant was delicious and great service and atmosphere . Bar cocktails were delicious bar staff very chatty . and on return to our room we we slept with windows open and had the best sleep listening to the water woke up so refreshed . Had breakfast which was more than delicious and plentiful options hot and cold we had both . Value for money was exceptional, we went a nice fresh walk before leaving we can not recommend the hotel enough x

Breakfast was very disappointing on both morning , left pretty much all of it on both mornings. Staff were so friendly and helpful they are definitely the best asset to the hotel.

We really liked the location and the unique atmosphere of the hotel. Swimming pool was an added bonus and the sauna was excellent. The family room was really spacious.
