No breakfast but for the price.....great hotel and location near night market, restaurants...For the price strongly recommend it. Great staff with recommendations where to go.

Small hotel in the perfect location with THE most helpful host, I can’t think of anything bad to say about it. Absolutely excellent. Recommended a great place for breakfast a short walk away (Yasumi) which had outstanding coffee. Free bikes to borrow. Don’t try to walk to the Sunday market

Lovely hotel with clean and modern room. The manager was really helpful in recommending where to visit. We used the hotel’s bikes free of charge and also rented a motorbike. There is also a nice area to sit on the 3rd floor of the hotel.

This place is fabulous, as it’s so common in Thailand. The owner/manager and staff are so helpful and so generous. They will also rent you a scooter/motorbike at pretty much the market rate. I have stayed here twice in the last couple of years and would highly recommend this place. Also, I really like Lampang.

I have never felt so welcomed in a hotel before! The hospitality is exceptional. The hotel itself is very tastefully decorated. The rooms are very clean + well equipped, modern TV with Netflix etc. Beautiful sunset terrace. I’d go out of my way to visit this hotel again. The owner did a great a job informing us about the things to do in Lampang and where to eat.

Good size room, really comfortable beds. Hot strong shower. Microwave in little lounge area on 3rd floor. Nice helpful manager, he gave us a map of the city centre and told us all the tourist sites to visit.
