we liked the orange room because of its floor to.ceiling windows with view over the rooftops of Lamezia. as seen from the bed. Spacious bath attached and another side room with sleeping couch. Smooth and easy handling through owners of the place, assisting also with recommendations on dinner locations for example. Quiet but central Location. Breakfast room always with selection of cakes, fridge and cooker. Attentive Housekeeping

The room was clean and comfortable. Very easy check-in, great communication with the owner, who was very friendly and helpful. The building is located very close to the centre of the old town, but on on a rather quiet street. I definitely recommend this place.

very nice old apartment renovated, good breakfast selfservice in common kitchen, clean, all OK, in the center of the old city meeting streets(corso), very good price/quality ratio

Large rooms and bathroom. Pleasant environment and great location. Breakfast was available at all times. The manager was easy to talk to and to respond to our requests.
