The Staff, specially the FO and Resort Manager Elaine was terrific and super responsive and proactive. I asked for electric mosquito repellents and she went out to buy them for us. The location was great, next to Lamai Beach, 100m to 711 store, flooded with restaurants and next to Lamai Night Market which was a bonus. The resort has independent villas, I think all has attached pool or jacuzzi. Breakfast was healthy choices only. Poor was mid size and good. Easy walking distance to everything, which was a big bonus!

The staff was really warming, and the room was excelent!! Near the beach , a great and big swimingpool , and the privacity of the ville . It was a really wonderful staying.

Most of it. The location is good. Just a couple of minutes away from a small market. Staff incredibly friendly. We would like to highlight that the receptionist was the best English speaker we found in Thailand.

Absolutely nice place to stay very close to the beach. The staff, and personally Elaine, are always responsive and kind. The villas are surrounded with beautiful garden and a small personal pool which is cleaned every morning. We stay here for a second time and in loved forever. It is perfect for a couple as well as for a group of friends!

We stayed in the royal suite and it was so beautiful. Close to everything. Pool cleaner came daily to clean the pool and the property looks like it’s just been renovated. Breakfast was good for a 3 star property and the staff were lovely. I read some bad reviews before staying but it looks like they’ve done a lot of work to improve the pain points discussed previously.
