This hotel is very strong 3* with potential to be 4* after small amends. Pool villas are beautiful and excellent value of money. Private as well. Lovely decent size pool with jacuzzi function cleaned daily. Location in main area of Koh Samui. A bit far from the centre (30 minutes on feet), however within walking distance and walkways. Couple of restaurants on the way. Closest beach meters away from hotel. Food and drinks in hotel restaurant are good and reasonably priced. 2 pools are nice and well maintained. Adequate breakfast on site available. Eggs made to order. Coffee maker, decent fridge and kettle in the room. Soft drinks, coffee pods and water topped up every morning. Good laundry service- more expensive than in town but washing is done properly. Bathroom is excellent size and layout. Area is clean and tidy. Car park on site. Reception and cleaning staff is lovely. Beach towels/umbrella/slippers/toiletries in the room. Nice lighting, good modern aircon. Card payments with no additional charge. I would definitely stay again :).

Perfect location and staff was really helpful!! Also they let you rent motorbikes and very easy! Rooms have aircon and there were no mosquitoes. Also, our room had view to the pool and ocean😍 Was above our expectations!

We were disappointed on arrival to find the beach is tiny and not really usable for sunbathing and swimming. We hired taxis to other beaches throughout our stay. We found the sunbed areas to be a bit scruffy in places and lacking in terms of maintenance. The restaurant is spotless and food is good. The 2 pools are nice. Staff were lovely. It's not in an area full of restaurants, we did find one about a 15 minute walk away but along a very busy road with rough pavements. Our room was very nice and aircon worked well, the bed was extremely hard. Priced at luxury level but not quite delivering.

Very comfortable room with private pool. Beautiful and clean, lovely bed and large bathroom. Stunning welcome drink and cool towels. Wonderful restaurant the food during lunch service was great. Great communal pool and sunbeds. Free kayak use. Breakfast could be improved slightly, as a few items such as baked beans and tea were cold. There were ants around the jam/preserves. At the moment the hotel is s expanding so there is some construction around the front of the hotel, it doesn't impact on the rooms that are open.

Just a great little place - a fair pool that could use an hour of maintenance maybe - a great bar/rest with very friendly staff. Massage open in the afternoon.
