Whilst it is a nice resort with excellent staff there are shortcomings. We found the design of the bedroom was lacking. Although it looked beautiful it had a shelf in the bedroom which was quite dangerous. Also I prefer some cupboard space. In addition the pillows were not terribly comfortable. The pools are lovely but there weren’t sufficient sunbeds and clients were saving beds. Breakfast was nice but at times was a bit hectic and some customers were handling bread then putting it back. On one occasion my egg dish I ordered came out completely cold. Evening meals were nice and cocktails were exceptional.

The staff are absolutely wonderful and accommodating, the gardens lush, and the views stunning. Our sea-view room, with oversized king bed, was spacious, spotless, and featured direct access to a shared infinity pool. The restaurant offered variety, with the standout being the fresh, flavourful, and beautifully presented Thai dishes—truly delicious. If you're seeking warm, friendly staff, excellent Thai cuisine, and a beautiful setting, this resort is a great choice. Thanks! 🙏

The location was good , quiet area but near enough to get to the busier town. The loft room was super . Most of the staff were lovely.

The rooms are well appointed with a great view of the ocean, we got upgraded to a room on the beach with a plunge pool which was amazing although it is worth noting, they are not very private rooms, if you have the blind open people can see right in. The resort is really well maintained and beautiful more 5* than 4*. Food was generally pretty good and the staff are friendly. We used the spa for a massage which was good and the gym is alright. The location is nice, by the sea however there isnt a lot of places to walk to for lunch/dinner however Grab is easy to get and many places are a 10 min taxi ride away.

Booked this hotel as we were attending for a wedding. Ended up staying for an extra night as we loved it so much! The rooms were impeccably clean and furnished to a very high standard. We will definitely be returning again.

The resort was wonderful. Very modern, clean and nicely laid out. I booked a stay in a deluxe pool view room for 6 nights on a solo trip just to relax and unwind . The whole experience was great -room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. All the staff I met were lovely. A real credit to the resort as they were always so friendly and very attentive. I'd highly recommend and would certainly book again on my next trip to Koh Samui.
