Absolutely loved this hotel Staff very kindly upgraded us to a sea view room which was beautiful Pool area backs right onto the private beach, so super easy to go between sun lounger / pool / sea Staff were incredible friendly, helpful and kind Rooms were spotless Easy 30 min walk to the centre of lamai, with a handful of fantastic restaurants within a 5-10 min walk Great drinks & happy hour Would 100% stay here again next time I’m in koh samui

The hotel is located on the first line, there is a swimming pool and access to the sea. However, do not expect a full-fledged beach here, there is none as such. The sea itself is shallow, you need to go 200-250 m deep to swim properly. The hotel itself is small, but it has a lot of greenery, and there is a small cafe on site where breakfast is served. As a plus, I can highlight the lack of attempts to inflate prices in cafes, which is often found in such hotels on Koh Samui.

Fantastic room at the top of the building looking over the pool and bay. We were upgraded because we’d stayed at another Mantra hotel so that was a nice touch. Our room was large with a sofa and super-comfy balcony loungers. View was amazing. The pool was pleasant as were the sun beds. No problem with the area as we rented a bike to get into Lamai centre and beyond.

Perfect for a relaxation holiday, pool and access to the beach was brilliant. We had a great view of the sea and pool. Not as many food options nearby but we liked the location compared to staying in the centre of Lamai.

Great peaceful location. You do need a grab to get to the nightlife, but if you don't want to be bothered by that, this is a great spot.
