So helpful and friendly staff. Wery clean and cozy Rooms. 2 minute walk from bars and restaurants, but the Hotels street is pretty dark at night, so i would not walk alone :) maybe 5-10 minutes from beach walking

We loved our stay. We enjoyed the pool and the location minutes from the beach, convenience stores, bars and restaurants. The lady at the front desk is a sweetheart.

Clean, comfortable in a central location perfect for bars restaurants. Just up a side street, perfect to be away from noisy bars etc and short walk to beach Perfect host, thank you for a delightful stay.

We absolutely loved our stay here, the value for money was great and the pool was an added bonus. The shower was adequate, the bed was comfortable. It was a great location for Lamai, it was less than a 5 minute walk to be right in the middle of walking Street. Our host Pinot was so helpful and friendly

The location just right near enough for a short walk to the main strip with bar and restaurants etc but in a quite location and a 5 min walk to a lovely beach the own lady boss/owner and Jimmy were lovely, very helpful and kind spoke good English. Room was very clean with television with lots of choice and english channels with Air Conditioning and a warm shower, which we appreciated. Would stay there again.

The staff were incredibly friendly, the room was cleaned each day and we were given fresh water and soap. The location was perfect for being away from all the noise but close enough to town we didn’t need a bike.

It was very clean and comfortable and the staff were very helpful. It is just a 5 minute walk to the beach, but still quiet.

I always stay at hathai house when I'm visiting koh samui nothing is too much trouble for the owner pi noo who is a wonderful charming lady. I was sceptical on my first visit because of how cheap it was but stumbled across a absolute gem every guest I've spoken to are always in agreement 🤝
