Nice location, easy late check-in, nice cheerful room with lots of light (and curtains for the night, of course:-) and sink, clean family style bathrooms. Fully equipped shared kitchen and lounge area in neighbouring building

One of the last remaining brillant Backpacker Hostels in NZ! People from all over the world, young in years and young in mind meet and talk and are building up friendships. Simple but functional, comfy beds. And perfectly clean(!), not a matter of course for the very reasonable costs. Thank you very much, Stacy, for your effort and your hospitality!

Well equipped and organised kitchen. We were able to book our trip in Milford Sound at the hostel. We had a mixed dorm and that was no problem. We used the laundry area which was good.

I like the concept of Tailor, my own room with shared bathroom and kitchen, I'm willing to pay a bit more for this.

Nice hot water in the shower, had some experiences interacting with animals there (i.e. feeding grass to one of the guinea pigs, feeding the bunny and saw some chickens run toward me).

Bathroom and kitchen were very clean, very cozy lounge room. Nice location, fully immerse in nature with a court basketball close by.
