Check-in and key collection is between 15:00 and 17:00 at the Cairns Alpine Resort Reception, located at 48 DÁrchiac Drive, Lake Tekapo. Our office is on the right just as you drive in, next to the Go Tekapo office. If you expect to arrive after 17:00, please contact us in advance to arrange key collection, using the contact details found on the booking confirmation.The Cairns Alpine Resort Accommodation is located at 48 DÁrchiac Drive. The Mount John Homestead is the large white house behind the willow tree about 100 metres down the driveway on the right hand side. Please note that this property will not be serviced for the duration of your stay.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
