The apartment had everything we needed for our stay with an excellent location beside a pond which provided ample opportunity to stargaze from our accommodation. The property was easy to heat with an extra heater provided just in case. Host was very helpful with check-in and had flexibility with check-out on a particularly frosty morning.

Location was great as we were close to town center and activities. Hosts were very friendly and helpful which put us at ease and helped us feel comfortable.

Beautifully presented property, just a few minutes' drive or 15 minute walk from Takapō village shops. Tidy and clean. The washing machine and drying rack were a bonus after a few days of travelling. While the box of biscuits was a nice touch, some milk for my tea would have been more useful! Electric blankets were in the wardrobe but I couldn't be bothered putting them on the bed for just one night. Nice place to stay on my way back to Christchurch, pricey but probably normal for the village.
