Modern room with a lovely view. Staff were friendly and helpful. Walking distance down to the shops and restaurants. Liked the option of having breakfast in our room.

The location, style, cleanliness and staff were 10/10. The open window from the bathroom to the room was such a great experience with that spectacular view.

The location of the property was amazing with full views of Lake Tekapo. Breakfast-on-bed with amazing lake Tekapo views was the best feature. In Addition, the property has sky views that can be used to see the night sky during winter and summer. The rooms were clean and the staff were excpetional.

Property is in a very good location, around a nice 10 min walk into the town area/ the famous church. Lovely view from the room out on to the lake and if you’re lucky enough to be on the 2nd floor there is a skylight where you can view the stars. A nice touch. Breakfast also good. You order what you want so little wastage, which is a good idea. The staff are also very friendly. The receptionist on duty when we arrived was very helpful with some tips on where to walk etc.

The staff is very friendly and attentive. The view of the lake from the room (top floor) is very beautiful. The room is comfortable and bright. The breakfast is good (nothing exceptional) and sufficiently hearty.

Clean. At least has sky light window as the promised dark sky did not materialize due to street light and the hour’s ramp’s lighting outside the reception. That is right below our 211 room.

very nice stay here, staff were incredible, could not do enough for us, highly recommend, lovely location, alas it was cloudy so thecskylightvdud not work for us but all else great, breakfast very good.

Location of the hotel was excellent, as it is a short 1min away from the main city area, so it’s quiet and dark enough at night that we were able to view the night stars from our room. The hotel room is spacious and bed is comfortable. Breakfast consisted of free flow cooked hot breakfast (items on the menu for your choosing). Dining room is slightly small, so you may need to wait for a table at times. Staff was friendly and very helpful.
