The facilities were great and everything was new and updated! Was in a fantastic location with plenty of parking and even a few lovely short walks nearby. They even left us a box of chocolates as we were staying there Christmas Day! Was a very sweet and thoughtful touch!

Over our 12-day trip on the South Island, this was my friend's favorite place to stay. We believe the owners are Chinese, as they provided slippers and toothbrush sets for guests. The room has a very stylish design, and the large smart TV was a great bonus—we really enjoyed watching movies at night.

All was OK. We had to walk around neighborhood to find out how to get in. Found a cleaner who helped us. Unit was perfect however they need to decide what market they want to service. It appears that back packers or itinerant workers stay there and come and go during the night. Very little soundproofing between walls . Not a very good sleep.
