Breakfast was great and I appreciate that they have some gluten free items. The family room with the bunk beds was amazing. Spacious and very comfy beds. I loved having the living area separate for the adults once the kids were in bed. 10/10 would book this room again. Room was modern and spotless with a bit of rustic flair.

The suite was large enough for three people. In general comfortable. Good bus service to the ski area. Nice hot tub. Friendly and helpful staff. Really positive: The ski/snowboard wax room. That was unexpected but really helpful. (for some reason most ski lodges do not understand that skis or snowboards need some preparation now and then)

What a fabulous hotel. Very attentive staff and friendly. Easy check in and free coffee and cookies. Breakfast was amazing and plentiful. Only gripe was the housekeeping. Don’t use those things on the door as they take no notice. We had do not disturb on out door and went for breakfast. We were back by 10am and took them off and changed them to get room cleaned. We returned 7 hours later and it wasn’t touched. Reception were good and replaced our towels and drinks but pls be aware. It seems after 10am they don’t go back.

When I came in the room I could smell how clean it was. The room was put together real nice. I like the renovations. I like the layout. I have been there before and I will certainly be back again
