The location is like no other. A winter wonderland at its best. The unique organised activities for hotel guests were great and no additional costs.

They pulled no stops for Christmas, and went above and beyond for the kids. CHRISTMAS day Brunch was incredible and very reasonably priced. The Christmas displays were nothing short of spectacular and the staff went above and beyond to look after you. The games and activities kept the whole family entertained. The pool was lovely to heat up and relax after a cold day doing the hikers code with the kids. So many dining options and things to do. A true magical getaway.

Views were excellent, and as offered with the room booking! Actual room size is very misleading in the photos however - much smaller. But comfortable, clean and well appointed. Great location and lots to explore.

It was a perfect night there. The place was huge with facilities and shops to explore. Our rooms were wonderful and breakfast was excellent. What I love most were the staffs, they were polite, friendly, and helpful.

Everything was as much as I expected from this luxury hotel and much more. Fabulous staff so kind and friendly. Excellent room and service and spotless. Location stunning views. Mentioned wife's birthday and the staff where excellent with little surprises added. Wish I could stay a lot longer. Very happy 😊 .

The Fairmont Chateaux Lake Louise was a high point for us, with its fantastic location and grand nature, and accompanying price tag we expected a lot. Mostly it delivered, and the hotel upgraded our room as well but unfortunately it was under major renovations and the suite we were given was right in the midst of major works - the sound of drilling drove us out of this otherwise very beautiful suite.
