With a peaceful location in the valley, 7 km from Bolzano centre, the Residence Martinelli is a family-run apartments, WiFi and parking all completely free.

Very friendly host, super informative and helpful information and tips regarding the apartment as well as the region and what to do there. The apartment was very nice and spacious and had a great kitchen. Also we had a patio where we enjoyed to sit outside

Everything was wonderful! The receptionist, Anna was szuper friendly and flexible. The location of the facility is super, the nearest shop (Lidl) is only 6 minutes far in Bolzano. The view is scenic. I totally recommend this accomodation. :)
