Please note that the indoor swimming pool is open 24 HPlease note that no swimsuits are allowed in the wellness area. In only one of the 2 saunas (Family Sauna) you can wear swimsuits.The Family Sauna and the City Event Sauna (no swimsuits allowed) are open from 14:30 until 21:00.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Beautiful hotel with delicious bufet and great spa zone. Pool and gym are open 24h. The hotel staff is well informed about attractions in the area and how to get to them using public transport. I come back here for sure.

Wellness centre was great, not busy so getting naked for the spa/sauna wasnt too intimidating. Rooftop pool was very nice. Rooms were great, good size and comfortable. Balcony was nice to have.

On balance, this is a decent hotel to stay in. Pros: Great spa and swimming facilities, includes Bolzano card with free public transport, fairly priced, clean hotel rooms and located close to Bolzano Cons: Large hotel with many other guests, despite being a family owned hotel we didn’t feel a personal touch or service (we stayed for our honeymoon but was treated like any other guest), the half board option is convenient but pricey ( c. 41 Euro at the time of writing per person per night) and the food wasn’t that nice (the food was mass produced and despite being a three course half board, our main was a steak that we had to pick up from a warming plate filled with steaks for other guests. The outcome is a meal that does not taste freshly cooked. Potatoes were also too salty for our liking.) wifi was also patchy in the hotel rooms Summary: probably a fine stay for a family wanting convenience but for a couple on holiday for a special occasion, you may not receive a personalised or warm welcoming treatment.

The pool area was quite exceptional and the food was really delicious. The Bolzano card is really useful and the bus stop is close to the hotel. The room was spacious with a big TV.

It was super modern super clean and fancy furniture 👍🏼 we really like that place! The spa is great and the sauna area is prefect to relax.

Amazing staff! Really good location even if you don't have a car, just using buses. The hotel gives you ticket for transport and some attractions . Close to supermarkets, grocery stores. Great swimming pools, saunas! Pretty nice rooms
