Aqsa and Qaisar Abbas were super friendly and helpful. I needed to hire a driver, they were on it. My mom got sick and I wanted to take breakfast to my room- they accomodated me. The entire staff was resourceful and friendly. They always greeted me with a smile and literally helped me without even asking for it. Fantastic experience and stay.

It was clean ,staff was coeprative,food was excellent,gym & pool very neat hygienic yet they need a shop for selling swimming gear at pool ,breakfast had multiple choices manager waleed met me himself at checkout and got feedback apart from all that they upgraded my room i am thankful to them regards

Very clean and staff were fantastic, the front of house manager Ali went above and beyond to look after me as I fell ill on arrival and did everything he could and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable, I can’t thank him enough for the service he provided in making my stay comfortable and relaxed. I will definitely be returning in the near future.

It has a great location and overall the quality of food was excellent . But to top it all the staff was very courteous and cooperative. They quickly responded to every issue that I had and helped to resolve the issue. Mr. Ali (Guest Relation Manager) at reception is an excellent asset for Hotel and he personally looked after the comfort of every guest in the facility.
