We loved our stay at Faletti Grand. Wonderful and polite staff who were happy to help anytime. A special thanks to all the staff and managers who made our stay comfortable. They were open to suggestions that were made and took them on board. The rooms were nice and clean. Excellent location.

The hotel provided a great experience overall. The room was clean and well-maintained, the service was prompt and courteous, and the overall hospitality exceeded expectations. Highly recommend for a comfortable stay!

Excellent experience from first contact through to the end. I had requested a pick-up from the airport. They provided a very good service. I arrived early and the chap at reception welcomed me to check-in early too. I don't recall his name, but he was smart and wearing glasses. Hotel and room were nice and clean, bathroom in particular is where sometimes hotels fall a bit short. Faletti's didn't. It too was clean. Breakfast (Sehri) was very good. There were a lot of options, but my wife and I didn't stray too much from the normal paratha, chana, yogurt, tea and eggs. All very well cooked and tasty. Although I expected a buffet, it was actually a waiter service whilst we were there. The staff were very friendly, from the reception, to the cleaners, to the guard standing outside. A special mention for khadija and Saif, and the gentleman that checked me in, and the 'waiter' at breakfast (Sehri) - very well mannered and polite. I don't normally give a full 10/10, because no one is ever perfect. However, on this occasion some things were deserving of more than 10(!), so they cancelled out any cons. In fact, the con detailed in this review is for information only, it not intended to reflect badly on Faletti's.

1. Staff was very cooperative. Specially the guards at the hotel gate were very nice and always keen to help. 2. All the other staff was also attentive and cooperative. 3. Room was clean. 4. Superb location.

Faletti’s Grand Hotel is just perfect - in fact it may even be the nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed in! The rooms are great and the breakfast delicious - but the real highlight is the staff - who were almost unbelievably helpful and hospitable. It would be fantastic to stay here again!

The hotel is as it is shown and described on its page, the room was as expected, comfy and clean and the staff did their utmost to please us whenever we needed anything. The breakfast has Pakistani and continental stuff, of good quality.

This thoughtful gesture set the tone for the incredible hospitality I experienced throughout my stay. Hospitality & Service: The staff at every level—from the security guard at the entrance to the receptionist, the chef, the server, and even the person assisting with my luggage—displayed unparalleled courtesy and professionalism. Everyone was genuinely kind, well-mannered, and attentive, making me feel warmly welcomed at every step. A special mention goes to the receptionist, a lovely lady who personally escorted me to my room, ensuring I settled in comfortably. Ambiance & Dining Experience: The interior of the hotel is an aesthetic delight. The dining area, where I requested a late-night meal, was both cozy and stylish, creating the perfect atmosphere for a relaxed evening. The mixed vegetables I ordered were out of this world—flavorful, fresh, and perfectly spiced. Accompanied by mint chutney, salad, and soft chapatis, the meal was a culinary delight. To top it off, I indulged in a simple yet satisfying scoop of vanilla ice cream, which perfectly rounded off my dining experience. Room Comfort & Amenities: The rooms at Faletti's Grand Hotel are a testament to modern comfort and vibrant design. Spotlessly clean with new LED TVs and an A1 inverter AC, the room provided the perfect retreat from the city's heat—an absolute blessing for someone like me who dislikes summers. One of the standout features was the soundproof design of the room. Despite being located on the bustling MM Alam Road, there was no outside noise, offering a level of peace and tranquility that made my stay even more enjoyable.
