We really enjoyed our stay at the guesthouse! The warm hospitality we received was exceptional, and the dinner and breakfast were delicious. Although the guesthouse is located up on a steep hill and our driver couldn't drive up all the way, the owner kindly drove down in his 4WD to pick us up. We wished we could have extended our stay in Lahij to go hiking/trekking in the area.

Dadash and his wife were exceptional hosts. They are both dedicated to the preservation and celebration of their unique Lahij culture. They provided us with an excellent dinner cooked by our hostess, and a live performance of traditional Lahij and Azerbaijani singing. Dadash has published scholarly books about regional folklore, and he is a wealth of knowledge, and very kind. We felt totally welcome. The house is quite lovely, very modest, but comfortable and perfect for my two cousins and myself. You will not regret staying in this very special traditional home.

This is a nice guesthouse located about a 10 minute walk uphill from the centre of Lahic. Dadash kindly picked us up from the base & took us with our luggage to his house. Dadash speaks good English which is very helpful, especially for onward travel. The room is spacious. The single beds & pillows are comfortable. The shared bathroom is reasonably clean. The shower is spacious & has as a good flow of hot water. Breakfast is adequate. The evening meal cooked by his wife is sensational & very reasonably priced @15 manat per person.

This is a great homestay & a lovely place to stay in Lahic, we were made to feel like part of the family. Dadesh's wife cooks delicious food & Dadesh is very knowledgeable & we really enjoyed taking with him about many subjects over dinner. Dadesh was very helpful & assisted with our onward journey.
