New place. Very confortable. Very clean with cool views to the vineyards and the amazing Sierra Cantabria and very nice staff. They were very accommodative and helpful and they have good Illy coffee for breakfast. What a bonus!

Everything about Hotel Pacino was great, from the room, the comfortable bed, the shower. The dining area with the terrace overlooking that wonderful view. But best of all was the lovely lady who greeted us, helped us with great places to see and was generally just a lovely warm and helpful person. We would definitely go back to this hotel again. The location of this hotel was perfect. The lady that greeted us was really helpful. She did not speak much English but tried really had and was patient with us when we tried to speak to her with our beginners Spanish. The room had a stunning view across the Basque Countryside. The bathroom was clean and modern.

Perfect location. Perfect host. Perfect parking facilities. Everywhere looks brand new , modern styling and is spotless. Fantastic sunrise views from the dining area and terrace.

We like the location, it is very easy to drive to any wineries. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The view from the hotel is very beautiful. We have everything we need. The car park is secured under the hotel with gate. We are right outside the old town and the town is very pretty and interesting.

After a glitch in the system whilst booking, the owner booked us into the hotel across the road ... However we took breakfast in Pachico ... Many thanks to her , in my very poor Spanish we managed to get sorted 😊... The hotel is very clean & modern... Such a shame we never got to see the rooms ... Lovely breakfast & terrace for coffee... Would love to return... Its a beautiful place... Stunning scenery... Thank you again

We liked everything about the hotel, cleanliness, staff, comfortable bed. Perhaps worth paying a little more for a room at the back of the hotel for the wonderful views.
