Beautifully decorated room with some view over rooftops towards the Atlantic. Orange and yellow gauze curtains around the room, a red glittering Paravent and a turquoise chaiselongue wait for you. Great feature: The bathtub next to the bed. Quiet, peaceful place. Lovely garden with carefully tended plants, a lot of green winding up walls and posts. Good breakfast, however in measured portions. Fresh fruit. The whole setting and architecture is a blend of cues for mental and physical health, I expected to see people doing Yoga or meditate around every corner (smile). If you can’t hoist your suitcase up 15-20 narrow steps on winding stairs, in case you’re on the top level, go elsewhere - but if you love this „hidden places“ scenery, balconies, little terraces and seating places with a view, come here. There are even sitting cushions behind low windows in the upper rooms. Don’t expect unhindered sea view, it’s a 10 minute walk to the waterfront, and there’s much construction work going on in the neighbourhood.

I loved everything! The location, the friendly staff, the design of the rooms, the mix of modern comfort with antique details. Breakfast was delicious. And also the garden! It might seem pricey but that’s the market value in Lisbon but it offers for this price a lot:-)

The place has great potential and is located in an elevated position and not far from the center, the location is nice and ventilated. I had chosen a rather large room for comfort and the spaces were distributed quite well

Uma Casa a Beira Sol is a little oasis in the Algarve. The property itself is extremely beautiful and has a very rustic vibe to it. It's not particularly close to anything but if you're willing to walk, it's a convenient location. The staff are very pleasant and helpful.

Lovely, spacious apartment and great location. Easy to walk to a local cafe and the boardwalks nearby. Good facilities in the room. Local building work taking place didn’t bother us.
