Everything! Great location, lovely beach across the road, swimming pools and food was excellent (ended up upgrading to the all inclusive which was very much worth it)

Good location. Easy to get to Lagos and even drove to portimao and ferrugado. Rooms are slightly larger than what the picture looks like. Pools are nice.

From the moment we walked through the door to everything was simply perfect. Checkin experience was amazing and reflected the friendly, attentive staff we experienced throughout our entire stay perfectly.

The food was outstanding, and the staff was incredibly attentive, providing service on par with a five-star establishment, truly enhancing the overall value of our stay. We also enjoyed a high-quality massage (we highly recommend Karen). The evening entertainment was delightful, with the elegant performances of Fado and traditional dancing standing out as our favorites. Sophia who was hosting the evening entertainments made everyone feel inclusive and welcomed and definitely made the evenings even more enjoyable.

Fantastic breakfast. The staff in the Star Camp were brilliant. Rooms very comfortable and cleaned to a high standard. All staff were very polite & professional.

Gorgeous property. Very comfortable. Best thing was the AquaGym class everyday. Sophia the instructor was fabulous !! So much energy. And such fun class. Should have to those a day ! Thank you !! Very helpful friendly staff.

Food was absolutely amazing! Dinner buffet was different every day and there were so many options. Breakfast buffet was also fabulous (and had some sparkling wine to start the day...). Food was definitely a highlight for me. Service was great, too! Everyone was very helpful and polite and we had some compliments like pasteis de nata or chocolates when we cam back to the room every day.

Really clean hotel with an amazing set of staff all of whom appear to want to way there and always have a smile, they can’t do enough for you. The kids club is great, so much so my daughter cried when we had to leave.
