Children under the age of 16 years will be able to use the indoor pool under the supervision of an adult. Only people of 16 years and above can use the spa facilities, gymnasium and have spa treatments. Unsupervised or disruptive children will be asked to leave the pool immediately.Please note that the credit card holder must be a guest and will be required to show a photo ID and the credit card used to book upon check-in.Guests requiring an invoice should include their invoicing details (name, address and VAT number) in the Special Requests box when booking.Please note that children using the existing beds are subject to an additional charge and availability.Please note that guests under 18 years old are only allowed to check-in accompanied by an adult.Levante Restaurant and Lobby Bar will be closed from November 17, 2024 for renovations. We stayed on the ground floor and loved having patio doors directly out to the pool! The room was quiet and the A/C worked great. We enjoyed the lounge and the staff was friendly. The beach is a short walk down the road.

The appartment was perfect for our family of 4 with the 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms - and the amazing rooftop terrace. We loved everything about it! Also that the cleaning ladies came every 2 days was wonderful and gave a beautiful attention and feeling! Thank you to the entire team for the excellent work and unforgettable vacation we spent at Belmar Resort! We left quite a few things in the kitchen - please do not throw them away and let the cleaning staff take it home for their use.

Huge apartment, fullu equiped, with see view. Heating working well. Nice pool, only pit small kids cannot use the spa area. Near to beautifil beach.

The facility is very nice, room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful throughout. The spa was very nice and the treatment rooms and treatments were really very lovely. I was a little unwell during my stay and they were very accommodating when I had to cancel one of my treatments at the last minute. There is a nice cafe bar a short few minutes walk on the sea front and a cliff walk very close by.

The Belmar is an amazing resort. The staff are all friendly and go out of their way to answer all your questions and requests. The rooms/apartment was clean, large and the view was spectacular. The location is perfect as you can easily walk to the beach. You can't really get closer than that. Great kitchen, living and dining area. Large TV with many channels (variety for kids, and many channels in English, French and obviously in Portuguese). Large balcony with big table and chairs in case you want to eat while watching the sunset. Big bathrooms with all the amenities.
