Breakfast was good. Dinner was nice. Staff didn't exhibit that hospitality spirit. You don't totally decline on guest request. You must find a way about it. We requested for extra towel, it was totally declined. We requested to check out at 1pm due to an unforeseen circumstances. It was also declined by that staff.. No manager on ground to take complaints
