Fantastic location. Modern hotel. Spacious rooms. Property is practically located on the beach. Best of all is the staff and services. The entire journey from Singapore to Bintan and back to Singapore was so comfortable and easy.

The hotel pools are amazing, very nice for a relaxing weekend. Rooms are ok, beds comfy, there is a nice band playing at the beach club in the evening but only on Saturday night, they should play every night! Staff is very nice and spa service ok.

The breakfast option was very wide and has a lot of variety. The hotel itself was beautiful and was at beachfront. The rooms were comfortable and the staff was friendly. They also offered package tours (e.g Mangrove) if you need activities to do. I also loved the Beach Club with live music!! The musicians sang beautifully.

Pools are lovely, breakfast was very busy and a bit of a free for all, with queuing for certain items. Swing positioning in kids club is questionable and kids can escape quite easily.

My husband & myself booked the Ocean View Room for 2 nights. They have a free pick up & drop off to the ferry. It was a 5 star hotel experience, from the time that we reached till our last day in the hotel. We were greeted with a super friendly staff (I’m sorry I didn’t catch her name, but she was so friendly) she offered us a complimentary cake & drink while we waited to be checked in. The hotel was beautifully designed, rooms were extremely clean, great clean swimming pool, great restaurants & bar. Location is perfect, near to the beach & tourist areas. We used the hotel’s E Bike to explore around the resort, the rental of the bikes are super affordable. Definitely returning back to this hotel with our family. I would like to mention, I’m impressed by their customer service. It is beyond excellent! Each and every staff that we met, was extremely polite, friendly & attentive. They listen to all your requests and ensure your requests are attended to & on time. I might not have all their names but would like to thank each and every one of them. Thank you Manager Ditto & Jersica, Chef Joe, Rita, Rifai, Leni, Icha, Febri,Dona, Fatah, Hicho, Putra, Siska, Puspa, Nico, Delisa. All the staff have done beyond excellence & they deserve good appreciation. Thank you team, for making this stay a memorable one!

The hotel itself is beautiful - just like the photos, staff are so kind and accomodating. Every staff member we came into contact with was lovely and so welcoming. Resort is really clean. It was our first time in Bintan and they went above and beyond to ensure our stay was great and we felt comfortable. The traditional restaurant downstairs is really good! The buffet was probably the best hotel buffet we have had, especially in S.E.A. I would recommend eating down there as opposed to the western style dining. The Malay Kofta was my favourite dish out of everything I had in Indonesia. Really appreciate you guys making our stay so great! If we are ever in Bintan again we will be back :)
