As a family we had incredible days. My concern is due to the children's food in restaurants, especially for Brazilians due to the cuisine. Comfortable apartments and a staff of attendants who are very attentive to our needs.

We had an excellent time at Cassia Bintan. Everything functioned smoothly. The beach is super clean and stunning. The food is hygienic and delicious. Angsana spa is great. There were enough activities to keep us occupied. Our main purpose was to relax, which this property helped us do.

Great setting, very welcoming and helpful staff. Comfortable large bed, good shower. Blackout curtains. Room had kitchenette with fridge, sofa and table. Pool area and beach lovely. Good breakfast. We enjoyed the beach barbecue.

Location is good right at the beach. Breakfast is at Angsana with great choices. All the staff is very friendly and helpful. I love that there is a small kitchen where you can cook and a proper fridge for storing food.

We, a family of four, came last year around this time too. Buffet breakfast at Lotus Cafe is definitely better than at Vista Cafe. The draw of course is the beach in front of the hotel doorstep, and swimming pool just in front of the beach. Kitchen is compact and adequate. Good for catering family with children. Cassia friends (staff) are helpful.
