Statik’s House – The Best-Located, Most Thoughtful Stay in Laganas After spending over a month and a half in Laganas, I can confidently say that Statik’s House has been the best-located and most thoughtfully equipped studio I’ve stayed in. The space is modern, clean, and incredibly functional. The kitchen is well-stocked with everything you need to cook, and if something is missing, the hosts are genuinely kind and quick to help. The bed is comfortable, and the shower—rare for Laganas—is powerful and properly functioning (honestly, the only fully working shower I came across here!). One of the biggest highlights was the attention to cleanliness and comfort: towels and sheets were changed daily, which is such a bonus after long, sunny days. The cleaning lady is an absolute gem—friendly, attentive, and even asked whether I preferred extra blankets or a lighter setup depending on the weather. Statik himself goes the extra mile, checking in to make sure your stay is smooth and even offering the best possible deal if you’re looking to extend. That level of care makes a real difference. If you're looking for a well-located, clean, and welcoming base in Laganas, I’d absolutely recommend Statik’s House. It truly felt like a little home in the chaos of summer.

Location was great as it's just one minute walk from the beach - plus there's always a lovely cat around the property which is a plus (for us anyway). And the hosts were lovely although they didn't speak much english
